Meet & Retreat

Our facilities, hospitality, and great home cooking are perfect for your organization’s meetings or retreats and are available for an hour or for weeks. While non-profit organizations, education, community and congregational groups are our focus, we also welcome family, crafting and other groups to enjoy the setting and hospitality. Our spaces are also available to individuals just seeking personal retreat time away too.

2020 Facility Fee Rates

$40 for half day (4 hours or less), $80 for full day (over 4 hours).

This day usage fee is waived when the entire group stays overnight.

Regular overnight fees are $40 per person in a shared room, $45 per person in a single room.

Non-profit overnight fees are $35 per person in a shared room, $40 per person in a single room.

The Family Rate overnight fees use the regular rate for the first night and non-profit rate for any additional nights.

Lodging options include 18 bedrooms in the Prairie Spirit Commons (with large dining room, conference room, and library for meeting spaces) and a unique Stone Cottage with a double bed and two single futons in the loft.

There are options for informal tent sites, pricing will be negotiated based on availability of rooms when booked.

Breakfast: $7 per person for hot breakfast, $5 per person for continental breakfast.

Lunch: $9 per person.

Dinner: $10 per person.

Snacks: $2 per person for the one snack, $1 per person for each additional snack on the same day.

Special dietary requests (vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, etc.) will be considered, however we may not be able to accommodate all requests.  Certain requests may also incur additional charges. We are happy to discuss your group’s needs when you are booking.

Coffee, hot water, and RO filtered drinking water is always available. Milk or juice is also usually served with meals.


$1 per person, per meal (negotiated with a $25 minimum/$100 maximum per day, as negotiated with your group).


Meals are billed based on numbers reserved prior to the event plus any add-ons. Lodging is billed based on the actual use.

Children 6 and under are half price for lodging and meals. Our hospitality usually includes having coffee & hot water available in pump pots for guests.

We do also have a “whole building” rental rate of $850 per night in the Commons and $420 in the Farm House, but you must provide your own sheets and towels (we only include linens with the per person rates, but linens are available at $5 per person as needed with the whole building rate). If you are interested in this rate, please inquire for more details.

While we do not have dedicated camp sites, we do allow camping at $15 per tent or camper per night.
